Find your event
Search by city or browse the directory. Every social and festival has its own page with the existing details we have on file.

Claim the listing
Scroll to the bottom of the event page and click "Claim the listing." Give us your name, email, and a one-line note ("I'm the DJ" / "I run this venue").

Edit directly
An editor checks the signal (matching email domain, IG handle on the flyer, etc) within 24 hours. We email you a link. Open it, fix what's stale, save.
Why bother claiming?
Dancers check MamboMap before deciding where to go tonight. The page with the correct cover charge, the right venue, the corrected lineup will out-rank an Instagram post they have to scroll for. Every detail you fix here is a dancer who actually shows up.

Common questions
- Is there a fee?
- No. Listing your event and editing it are free. Editor's-pick promotion is also free, judged on quality, never bought.
- How do you verify I run the event?
- We cross-check at least one of: matching email domain (claim from @yourfestival.com), the Instagram handle on the flyer, or an out-of-band ping to the venue. The editor makes the call on each claim.
- Can I claim multiple events?
- Yes. Submit one claim per event for now. We're shipping a per-organizer dashboard so one sign-in manages every event you run — coming next.
- What if my event isn't listed?
- Send us a flyer via the submit page. We'll create the listing and email you the same edit link.
- Will you scrape my IG posts and call it a listing?
- Never. MamboMap is edited, not scraped. The Instagram handle on each card is a hand-off so dancers can check the canonical source for last-minute changes — we don't pull data from Meta.
