HCMC's Latin dance scene is small but real — clustered in District 1, with La Pachanga the studio anchor on Co Bac, Cocoon Rooftop's Tuesday Afro-Latin night run by La Danza Saigon, and Saigon Latin Festival drawing international artists each December.
Hanoi's Latin scene clusters around three studios — Latin Soul Hanoi (Van Mieu), Spring Salsa (Ba Dinh) and Beso Latino (Ba Dinh). Socials are late: most start at 9:30pm and run past midnight, with a typical SBK rotation. Covers are low by regional standards (70-100k VND, usually with one drink).
